  • Yeh Dooriyan

...celebrates womanhood, and presents the new age independent woman, in a brave manner. She should be praised for it. Your opinion about the film will depend on your social perspective.

  • Yeh Dooriyan

...could be praised for its progressive script. The integrity and community feeling of Lucknow is captured well but the director could have avoided the futile debate about polygamy.

  • Chargesheet

...it's just the respect for Dev Anand that people will go to cinema hall, otherwise after 'Chargesheet', one would not dare to watch any other film.

  • Aazaan

Prashant Chadha has done a descent job as director by controlling a flawed script with ease. He has very rightly stressed on the pace and style of the film.

  • Be-Careful

Any exercise to find logics in the script will be futile as most of the energy is invested in creating a raunchy set up rather than a good believable story.

  • Shakal Pe Mat Ja

...a mixture of crass comic sequences where the audience should not look for any sensible content. Watch it if you are a habitual film viewer and would not mind laughing in bits.

  • Lanka

Manoj Bajpayee's first-rate acting is reason enough to watch 'Lanka' but you can also watch it for the fondness of actual locations and small town stories.

  • Kya Yahi Sach Hai

The film may not be a great piece of art but 'Kya Yahi Sach Hai' will hopefully bring to you the subtle nuances of the corrupt Indian administrative system.

  • Bumboo

...a film made with good intentions but somehow the makers couldn't transform the original idea onto the celluloid.

  • Chhodo Kal Ki Baatein

...doesn't boast of stars but Pramod Joshi cares to use the medium of cinema for a good cause. The subject is complex but it has the potential to make you think.

  • Krishna Aur Kans

With good production values, ‘Krishna Aur Kans’ is childish but enjoyable, but you really need to avoid the lack of excellence in animation.

  • Aurangzeb

...a fun thriller with a racy first half and a dragged climax. It's not devoid of any essential ingredient of a 'masala' film and you can watch it for depicting the dark underbelly of the illegal land deals.
