  • Revolver Rani

...could well be one of the best films of the year, worthy of being lauded at every award function but sadly it ends up being a trite “Tarantino inspired” affair like many others.

...had all elements that could well make for an entertaining rom-com. But a potent plot gets mired by amateurish handling.

  • Bhoothnath Returns

...is neither too funny nor too serious, neither too entertaining nor too drab. In short it lurks somewhere in between and hence fails to leave a lasting impression.

...is far far from flawless but it's perfect imperfections and phenomenal performances make this film a must watch.

  • Hasee Toh Phasee

...suffers from flaws in the scripting. A short tale that stretches into a 141 minute film, HTP could’ve been tad more interesting and entertaining.

  • Jai Ho

...except incorporating the ideology of goodness and the reiterating the power of common man which is noble, Jai Ho is bereft of any reason to watch it, unless one doesn’t need any reason when you have Salman Khan in the movie.

  • Dedh Ishqiya

Abhishek Choubey commendably juxtaposes the decadent royalty with the guns and goons, the modern era with people latching onto the remnants of grandeur, the loyalists with the traitors, the rich Urdu with the coloquial cuss words and so on.

  • Mahabharat

With barely anything impressive to mention about the animation version of India’s greatest mythological epic saga, Jayantilal Gada’s Mahabharat is devoid of reasons to watch it.

  • Bullett Raja

...conveniently moves from one point to another without so much as a reasonable justification so much so that even characters get introduced right till the last 15 minutes of the film only to take the hackneyed story forward.

  • Rajjo

Debutant filmmaker Vishwas Patil should really enroll into a filmmaking institute before attempting another movie for this one turns out to be an atrocious assault on the senses.

  • Satya 2

The entire script of the film is conviniently weaved and even the cinematography is as gimmicky as the idea behind the story. The shaky go-pro style camera work and the aerial views of Lokhandwala comprise the entire film.
