  • Ittefaq

If the lead actors: Sidharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha weren't so passionless in trying hard to be mysterious, this film could have been less painful to watch.

  • Tu Hai Mera Sunday

There are some glitches, and the title of the film is weird, but you forgive them simply because you want this life with friends. All in all, this movie is a delightful watch.

...Saif Ali Khan just doesn't convince us that he loves cooking, or his food truck team care about anything. The whole effort is unappetising.

...is louder and bigger and bolder and Varun Dhawan may not be Salman Khan, but he holds his own, both as Prem and Raja. Fun watch for the younger generation.

  • Bhoomi

This version of avenge-your-daughter's-rape film is so gory and violent, you wonder if they're all living in some time warp. Who makes such films? And why should we watch such blood and gore?

  • Haseena Parkar

It's brave of a really young actor Shraddha Kapoor to want to play Marlon Brando in The Godfather. And full marks for effort. But Haseena Parkar is a poorly researched film, which just makes you laugh at the end of it all.

  • The Final Exit

The film does get to you, the story begins as eerie and scary, the landscape of the lonely highway is beautiful and metaphorical, but the length of the film and the silly conclusion leave you frustrated.

...you wonder if the director was absent because Kangana is an award-winning actor? Shahid, made by the same director was also carried by one actor, but you do not see this kind of indulgence in that movie.

  • Mr. Kabaadi

There's not a single frame that makes you think this film could have been redeemed, or that it is a fitting finale film for Om Puri, who is no more.

  • Sniff

The story of the ten-year-old Sunny Gill, who does not have a sense of smell had the potential to turn into a good film. Alas, the execution is so awful, you'd best be advised to turn up your nose at the film.

  • Bareilly Ki Barfi

Director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari beautifully captures the small town flavour in Bareilly Ki Barfi but the problem with this film, is that the hero fails to endear us to him. We have no logical reason to want to root for him.

...is this film any more than the filmmakers genuflecting to the government? Paying deep obeisance to the Swacch Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India campaign)? That sort of stinks, methinks.

...is a powerful film that pushes us into a dark cruel world. When we emerge, shocked by the violence, you realise that you are equally primitive when you want to clap after the last gun is fired. The film has been shot beautifully and supported by fantastic performances.

...is so loud, you need ear muffs but quite funny because there is a natural chemistry between the actors Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Ratna Pathak Shah and Pavan Malhotra.
