  • Madholal - Keep Walking

What's nice about the film is the way it depicts an ordinary life made endurable by little things...What'’s not so nice is the disappearance of the lightness of touch which makes these familiar elements enjoyable.

  • Machine

...is the kind of film the director-duo would have got away in the 90s. Or maybe not. Even the squelchiest of plots need some acting chops and charisma: none of the young people, including the debutant Burmawla, is in possession of these crucial ingredients that makes a star.

  • Maatr

Crass, cringe-inducing and downright sordid, this Raveena Tandon rape-and-revenge thriller makes you ask just one question -- who writes this stuff?

  • M.S. Dhoni

This film had potential to present us with the recent Indian cricketing story, warts and all. Sadly it’s more hagiography than biography: the cricketer is reduced to a being singing-dancing Bollywood hero rather than a top-flight cricketer, a master strategist, and a captain who led from the front.

  • Luv Ka The End

  • Luka Chuppi

If you really want to kick the bigots where it hurts, you have to do it early and hard. To lament about the horrors of live-in relationships through the film, for a last-minute turnaround live-and-let-live-speech, is not enough.

  • Love Sonia

More focus on what happens to the girls when they are yanked from that life would have made Love Sonia fresher, and given the characters more to play with. That is not something we see too often, and there is a tiny glimpse of it in the film. The rest of it is same-old.

  • Lingaa

...basically three hours of Rajini Saar doing his thing. And it is three hours of full-on `masti’ and ‘mazaa': no half-measures for the man who just has to walk across the screen in slo-mo to send his fans into paroxysms.

  • Life Goes On

Some subtlety would have done this film, which had potential, a world of good. The performers strive to be credible, particularly the seasoned trio of Tagore-Karnad- Puri. It's a pity the film lets them down.
