  • Jhootha Kahin Ka

This alleged comedy of errors, in which are complicit such veterans as Rishi Kapoor and Rakesh Bedi, bids fair to leap straight into the worst films of the year list. The dialogue is risible. The performances are loud. The film is beyond awful.

  • Tutak Tutak Tutiya

...a series of grimaces and groans studded in a risible script, in which we rapidly lose all interest after we’ve finished smiling weakly at the leading man’s accented Hindi as the boorish Krishna, and his puerile attempts at getting rid of a doormat of a wife (Tamannah Bhatia).

No one expects films of this sort – boys and their toys – to be sophisticated or intelligent. By definition, they are meant to be crass and tasteless. • Genius

No harm in rejigging masala, but not if your style is mothballed. And not if the lead comes off strictly average, punching so high above his weight, that you end up feeling sorry for him.

  • Humshakals

This one is way beyond. Idiocy is a gentle term for what is unleashed upon us. You can also call it a two-and-a- half hour show reel of plot-less, witless, joylessness.
