  • Dear Zindagi

If only Gauri brought better-etched characters and delved more into the emotional turmoils of her lead, this could have been a wonderful “slice-of-life” film with several messages to be lauded for. What she ends up with is a “could-have-been-amazing” film..

  • Daddy

With a sloppy storyline and over-dramatic dialogues, there is nothing fresh to watch in Daddy except for Arjun Rampal’s performance...

  • Daas Dev

...this is too much ambition for any film and Daas Dev veers between a love story, a political saga, a thriller and a Shakespearean power game. It flirts with all of those different genres but never pledges its troth to any.

  • CRD

The beauty of the film lies in its absurdity, audacity and cheekiness - you get to hear and see things that you don’t expect from a typical Hindi film.

  • Court

The best thing about Court is that all the characters have given believable performances, which lends to the authenticity and realism of the narrative.

  • Chef

...offers moments of brilliance which, if weaved in a more organised manner, may have given us a light, affable film. But a lazy and rather uninterested narrative takes away the pleasure.

  • Bobby Jasoos

For all the fun that Vidya is, Bobby Jasoos ends up a bit too abrupt -- in the end, we don't know if Bobby eventually became a jasoos. We also don't know what happened to the Ali-Vidya love story.

  • Bioscopewala

...it celebrates humanity across cultural boundaries just as cinema is presented as a means of rebellion. How violence -- in the name of religion or a nation – destroys humans and humanity is showcased through touching visuals.

  • Bhoomi

...is a revenge drama that tries a lot to be bold, brave and advocate feminism but wants to stay in the comfort zone of a typical Bollywood masala film. The result is stereotypes, over-the-top melodrama and a predictable story.

  • Behen Hogi Teri

The quality of the acting is uneven, especially when compared to the steady performance from the unwavering Rao. Watch Behen Hogi Teri only if you think a one-man show is good enough to offset the drudgery of a two-hour trudge through a maze of inanities.

  • Bank Chor

...the film has been marketed as a comedy but is actually an aspiring comic-thriller. Aspiring, because it fails majorly in being a comedy, and gives us little thrilling experience.

  • Badlapur

...is likely to disappoint Sriram Raghavan fans. The brilliant performances and gripping narrative, nonetheless, will keep you hooked. Watch it for Nawazuddin and Varun Dhawan, if nothing else. Certainly worth your time and money.

  • Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

...offers little in terms of story and fails to get the audience empathise or feel for the characters and events in the movie. What it does offer is brilliance in the name of Ranbir and Anushka

  • Action Jackson

...watch Action Jackson if you are a Prabhudheva or Ajay Devgn fan, because otherwise there isn't a single dialogue you haven't heard and this is one of the films where they say 'Do not take your brains to the theatres'.

  • A Gentleman

...Raj and DK have managed to narrate the plain and full-of-cliches story in their own quirky style and their dialogues and the screenplay make it fun to watch.
