    ...rides on the star power of the Deols and of course, its brand. That may attract the spectators initially. But, eventually, it's the content that does the talking and in this case, the lackluster script plays a spoilsport!

    Though visualized as a situational comedy that revolves around each of the temporary tenants, the film seldom draws audience laughter, while the rest of the time the gags are relatively mundane and predictable.

    ...rides on a triumphant brand, but one expects a laudable follow up in terms of hilarity and entertainment. Besides, it should've taken the movie-watching experience to the next level. Sadly, it doesn't!
