    ...one does agree there is a genre called madcap comedy and intelligence has nothing to do with it. Yet again, you cannot question the sensibility of the cine-goers today and all one demands from movies today is reasonable humour.

    ...is brilliant in bits, and incredibly asinine in others. It’s probably the most inconsistently good film I’ve watched lately, and a massive letdown. Which is a pity. It could have made for a rare, looked-forward-to franchise.

    For a 90-minute feature, the pace of Chaurahen is slow enough to induce sleep. Too many unexplained angles and cheesy lines easily throws it into the one-time watch basket.
