...feels half-baked and wanting. But the performances – particularly Randeep Hooda's – keeps you invested in what's on the screen.

...the film is emotionally dragging and is like an Ekta Kapoor soap. If you miss some portion of the film, you will not lose track, as the story just doesn't move ahead in the second half.

  • Sadda Adda

A good effort by the cast and crew - and clearly they have a lot of potential. The acting, the over all feel of the movie could use some more ‘sleekness’ but it is fun to watch.

...fails to rise above the timeworn clichés of the genre, but nevertheless succeeds in creating a credible world and, thanks to affecting performances from its principal players, gives us characters that we can care about.

  • Running Shaadi

...despite few hiccups, the entire good vibe and vibrant nature of Running Shaadi makes it a worthy watch this weekend. Just go for this easy-breezy film and come out with a smile or a plan of elopement during a wedding.

The film has its spooky moments; sure half of them were over done with the unnecessary sound effects, which has now become a trait of every horror flick.

  • Rocky Handsome

This is lazy film-making of the highest order, and the only thing that deserves any mention are the relentlessly violent but riveting action scenes, including a few stylishly shot rain sequences.

  • Road, Movie

Dev Benegal scores full marks as a director to keep the film short and crisp, with the right dosage of thrill, humour, sarcasm and reality rolled into one.

  • Right Yaaa Wrong

Director Neerraj Pathak manages to create an edge-of-the-seat drama. You could guess the murderer, but the police takes its time to do that. The lead up to that and the court room drama makes for an interesting watch. However, the end is a tad disappointing.

  • Right Yaaa Wrong

Cleverly plotted and never revealing all its cards at once, the film is a smart thriller. And yet the director fails to deliver a tight, slick Bollywood entertainer on the lines of those Abbas-Mustan whodunits, because his treatment's so archaic.

While Kangana's desi accent, dark humor, background score work in favour of the film, its over-stretched sequences to get the point across should have been avoided.
