  • Island City

You need to have an appetite for Isaac Asimov kind of sci-fi coupled with a taste for fine cinema. Else you’ll find yourself a little lost in the detailed and very dystopian world of this film.

  • Kochadaiiyaan

...doesn't quite make the world class cut that it aspires for. But it does become one of the most engaging and detailed animated films to come out of our country.

  • Why Cheat India

The story and concept of Why Cheat India holds a lot of merit, and if the execution was the sharper and steadier, this one had the potential to graduate to another level. Even with the flaws in the story, the film and its various subjects have enough at hand to keep you entertained.

  • Batti Gul Meter Chalu

The movie holds up a strong and scathing mirror to corruption and everything that is wrong with corporations and their governance. It is a story that needs to be told, undoubtedly, but the runtime just robs the movie of its impact.

  • Thackeray

The riled up speeches, the unapologetic candour and the larger-than-life persona is presented without a veil. While the honesty is commendable, it comes across that the lead character’s political motivations lack clarity. Perhaps a more seasoned writer could have fleshed out Thackeray’s character and eccentricities a lot better.

  • Karthik Calling Karthik

KCK would've been a classic had Vijay Lalwani, the director and writer, spent a little more time, developing an ending that equaled the brilliance exhibited in the preceding length of the film.

  • Rowdy Rathore

It’s two-and-a-half hours of relentless comedy, action and drama. Most of it requires clinical skills of suspension of disbelief. But believe you me, in the end it’s well worth the effort.

  • Holiday

It makes the best of its neat content, uses Akshay Kumar’s superlative parkour and martial arts skills and entertains you in three stylish and engrossing hours.

  • Bank Chor

Director Bumpy and his team of writers may not have done enough to please the classes, but their spunky little film has enough thrills and laughs to give the massy crowds value for money.

  • War

...is a decent addition to both actors' action film legacy. But this high-profile bang bang show is at best, popcorn entertainment for action movie buffs.

  • Ra.One

...had the storytelling been stronger Ra.One could’ve been a classic. Sadly it's not but it is an enjoyable sci-fi and CGI fiesta that will transport you to a world of kooky fantasy and video game heroes.
