  • Blood Money

Only if you have time to kill on hand and want to escape the seething heat outside, step into the AC environ for this sparkless fare.

  • 3G

When peals of laughter fill the auditorium, it is clear that the chills are more amusing than hair-raising.

  • LoveShhuda

The statutory warning about drinking being injurious to health certainly applies to the film. The copious amount of alcohol that is downed throughout the film is enough to cause a severe hangover to the audience.

  • Bin Bulaye Baarati

The no-brainer was made purely for the aam janata of the hinterland. Dishing out any fare will do for them as long as there is naach gana along with risque humour, script, story, acting and everything else doesn't matter.

  • Stand By

While making a point about political interference and corruption (the flavour of the season!) in football, Stand By leans heavily towards Bollywood melodrama. This is most unnecessary in what could have been a hard-hitting look at what ails Indian sports.

  • Warning

What Warning lacks are the thrills and chills in the attempts to save themselves from a watery death.

  • Jhootha Kahin Ka

Replete with inane humour, the movie barely inspires a chuckle. Apparently, an assortment of stereotypical characters, a dash of one-liners and songs thrown in at regular intervals is enough to make a film today.

  • Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi

...when you take on over-familiar subjects seen umpteen times on the big screen like Mumbai’s underworld; showbiz and the casting couch; the nexus between the cops and the politicians there is a sense of déjà vu.

  • Aazaan

Throughout the movie, Azaan is continuously told that he has Allah ka haath over him. If it fetches him a decent opening at the box-office, we will believe it.

  • Uvaa

The youngsters in the film might have burned the midnight oil to become an example for others, but Uvaa does not even deserve grace marks.

  • Teri Meri Kahaani

Whatever prompted or inspired this so-called 'thrice upon love story'? It is replete with run-of-the-mill ideas that we have seen since decades in Hindi filmdom.

  • Grand Masti

The makers may be targetting the college kids (who will joke about it) and frontbenchers (with an aim to titillate), asinine stuff after all also has takers in the name of entertainment.

  • Machine

Attention has been paid to exotic locations, fancy costumes and aerial cinematography, with scant regard to the plot. The wafer-thin story crumbles in 'Machine'.
