Crazy Cukkad Family
...promises a lot of fun cock-a-doodle-do, but delivers much too much cockamamie, instead.

Court
...a searing, unmissable film, and is one of the best you will see this year .

Coolie No.1
We can do with laughter in these dark times, but not like this, with zero wit, no flair.

Commando 3
Though Jamwal does the heroic things, like thumping thugs and rescuing fair maidens, it is Devaiah who steals the show in this patchily plotted, predictable actioner.

Commando 2
...nothing can be worse for an out-and-out-actioner than to be shackled by sarkaari slogans.

Coffee With D
Grover, who is a well-known TV artist, is the only one who seems serious about this enterprise. Everyone else seems in on the joke.

Coffee Bloom
...becomes one of those films whose premise is interesting, but which is let down by the execution.

Club 60
I would recommend 'Club 60', because it brings into the frame an age group euphemistically called the 'silvers', and by touching a chord with its performances.

Sivan’s so busy setting the scene that he ignores the bumps and holes in his story.

Citylights
...a grim yarn which moves you intermittently, but whose patchiness is papered over by a fine performance from Rao.

City Of Gold
You only wish that Manjrekar had made this old story new in the way he comes at it: there’s little startlingly fresh about it. But what there is has power, and absolute conviction.

Chor Chor Super Chor
Turning the tables on someone usually is a fun thing. But the execution is amateurish, so is most of the acting, even if Dobriyal keeps some of it humming.

Chittagong
Pain’s film is low on big stars but high on integrity. You can see the story and the performances shine through.

Children Of War
There should have been more history and more competence in ‘Children Of War’ for it to be the film it had set out to be.

Chhapaak
You look at Padukone, so far away from the dressed-up, made-up parts she’s done till now, and acknowledge an actor who wants to break out of her safe zone, to actually inhabit someone else’s skin even if it’s burnt. Yes, it’s worthy, but it’s also very watchable.

Chennai Express
The laughs came intermittently through the first half, and I was still sitting in my seat at the interval. And then it turned into the same old story: the plot, which was thinner than a self-respecting wafer to start with, just gives up and dies, and the lead pair, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone stop talking to each other and begin posturing.

Chef
There are some interesting flavours here, but ‘Chef’ feels derivative, and doesn’t come together as a fully satisfactory dish. And that’s got to do with the uneven, stodgy writing.

Chauranga
The trouble with ‘Chauranga’, despite its crucial subject, is that treads familiar ground without taking the tale too far.

Chatur Singh Two Star
There is no story in 'Chatur Singh, Two Star’. And the only story to 'Chatur Singh, Two Star’ seems to one of delusion : that the people involved in it, were making a film.

Chance Pe Dance
...it is simply not new enough : Shahid/ Sameer’s thorny progress through tinsel-town is strewn with moments we’ve witnessed before. You also wish there was more energy in the sequences that fill in the spaces between the work-outs on the dance floor : the film gets lax too often.

Chalo Dilli
A sentimental climactic twist ends up being surprisingly not schmaltzy, and gives an interesting touch to 'Chalo Dilli'. It could have been, though, shorter and crisper.

Chala Mussaddi - Office Office
Satire needs sharpness, or it can just end up as a stretched out sit-com : Mussaddi Lal is saying things we all need to hear, but the film manages to make the cut only some of the time.
