  • Inkaar

The film has taken an important subject and turned it into slush. In the end the film is a mockery of sexual harassment, of love, of the ad fraternity and of professionalism.

  • The Xpose

You can watch the film for the visual chutzpah, a sprinkling of interesting behind-the-scenes moments, and the intermittent unintentional laugh. But honestly, enduring the rest of the film for that, is a stretch.

  • Happy Ending

It's disappointing that director duo Krishna DK and Raj Nidimoru (Go Goa Gone) have come with as film that is pretentious and hollow, embracing the very cliches it makes fun of.

  • Rakht Charitra – I

Ram Gopal Varma's storytelling has a Company and Sarkar hangover. Plus the films gets entangled in a repetitive cycle of revenge and counter-revenge, so the story doesn’t move anywhere.

  • Ungli

This could have been a highly impactful, immersing film that, despite its intent, falls tragically short.

Director Vishal Mahadkar gives us a film, an amalgamation of so many horror films, which in the end is neither completely original nor spooky.

The film has an interesting premise, but it hasn’t been fleshed out satisfactorily.

  • Housefull 2

...a high-production version of what they call the "mad-cap comedy". With nothing else at the cinemas this week, this makes for a just-about- bearable single time view.

  • Housefull

It’s just like so many of its kind – banking on skin-show, star-power and a couple of tired gags; it’s frightening to say that this is the only endurable option available to the Hindi film viewer currently.

  • Gori Tere Pyaar Mein

With severely cliched characters, a glaring lack of humour for a rom-com, and a muddled love story that does not hold your interest, the only upside to the film is Kareena Kapoor’s crackerjack performance.

With a concept like this, it’s too bad it ended up as just another horror flick!

  • Bumm Bumm Bole

Perhaps some films are better left untouched. You might enjoy this marginally, if you haven’t had the chance to see the original.

  • Players

...the film's best portions are the ones where it borrows directly from the source; the minute it diverts and adds Bollywood masala, the film stagnates.

The film is stylish yes, but makes the fatal mistake of ODing. So you have at least three violent fights set against pacy music - a repetitive tactic. Conversations ramble on, making no point.
