  • Gippi

...portrays the troubles of adolescence very cutely without passing preachy messages. Only if the film could lose its predictability.

  • Bombay Talkies

Although it leaves you slightly rueful about the fact that these filmmakers otherwise don’t attempt such gems, each film is compelling and spell-binding if not for the story than for its acting.

  • Jolly L.L.B.

Barring the outstanding performance of Saurabh Shukla, the clever repartees of Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani and the realistic backdrop, Jolly LLB is pretty much an average fair.

  • The Attacks Of 26/11

...may certainly not be a film that will go down in the history as an epic adaptation of the ghastly terror attacks but it sure isn’t also a film that doesn’t move you at all.

  • Jayanta Bhai Ki Luv Story

  • Race 2

...may not be as brillaint and unpredictable as its predecessor but if you ignore its flaws it definitely has all the ingrediants to make for a massy film.

  • Inkaar

...a brilliantly crafted storyline but loses its steam when it tries fitting into the commercial space of Bollywood.

  • Table No. 21

Aditya Dutt who’s known for Aashiq Banaya Aapne takes a very interesting idea for a story, infusing a thriller element via a game show brings about a very interesting thought to the film. Even the way he captures the unexplored areas of Fiji Islands is commendable.

  • Dabangg 2

...with the same formulas, sequences and story may be a case of old wine in new bottle but it still makes for an enjoyable watch.
