  • Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal

The Kamaal, I guess is Priyadarshan going on the sets with no script in hand. The Dhamaal would be the artistes had on sets not knowing what to expect in the next scene or shot. Malamaal... I don't think anyone will be.

...has everything – beauty, heart and a stellar cast but lacks the emotional heartbeat and is found searching for a soul. A beautifully stunning world, a lavish theatre created by sitting comfortably on an armchair that goes everywhere and reaches nowhere.

  • Kai Po Che!

Abhishek wields the director's baton like a magician's wand to create something so real, so magical, so close to heart that in the end; you walk out in a daze.

  • John Day

Ahishor Solomon, however, crackles in the first 45 minutes, setting up the plot to a nicety, building scenes and sequences giving one a sense of a slick-thriller. Unfortunately, his characters [and their motives] that follow fail to link convincingly to the preamble, thus making the entire exercise crumble like a pack of cards.

  • Jism - 2

Big wind, loud thunder, no rain. 'Jism too' is all that and much less! Just having 'assets' thrust at the viewer from posters and a scantily clad woman on hoardings is not going to make a movie.
