If only the makers had to pay that much extra attention to the animation and execution like they did with the characters and their faces, this epic would have been quite different and would have gone down well with the kids.

...is all about Aamir Khan the method actor and a little more about Bollywood's penchant for spoiling a good thing by throwing in some foolhardiness, bending to please people in power and pushing in more songs than necessary. In fact, Dhoom 3 is all about how to begin a movie with a bang, and then ruin it.

  • What The Fish

For the first time in the year, there was genuine laughter from the audience; it was more for the indigenous way you presented it than for the actual comedy. The scenes were craftily built up on a plot that is a riot.

While there is no harm in trying ones hand in psychological thrillers, one has to make sure there is enough input to execute the concept with some level of creativity and curiosity for the viewer.

...is not one of Rajkumar Santoshi's best works yet, but considering the genre, the director has stuck to the premise of packing in all the ingredients that makes it a masala film, without trying to go over-the-top.

Ahishor Solomon, however, crackles in the first 45 minutes, setting up the plot to a nicety, building scenes and sequences giving one a sense of a slick-thriller.
