  • Moh Maya Money

The setup of Moh Maya Money is intriguing but it loses charm just before the interval in its fascination to impress all and turning predictable in due course and then returning to its initial dream of being a wannabe desi de noir and is left struggling to find a space.

  • A Flat

...marred by a flimsy second half after an impressive start. Till the intermission point it draws you in with its intriguing plot. The problem starts in the second half where the graph of the film suddenly plummets. The back-story is hackneyed and totally takes away from the otherwise decent film.

  • Yeh Faasley

...has an intriguing plot. There is a decent built-up in the first half and you want to unravel the mystery. However, by the time he gets to the climax, you have run out of patience.

  • Mahabharat

If only the makers had to pay that much extra attention to the animation and execution like they did with the characters and their faces, this epic would have been quite different and would have gone down well with the kids.

It's unfortunate that such a shamefully galling incident is clobbered by a stumbling narrative that lacks depth and moves in a single point agenda.

  • Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3

The erstwhile prolific Tigmanshu Dhulia is seen clueless and is betrayed by his own script. There are flashes in between as the helmer displays some fine visual fettle and that's all anyone can do with such a cockeyed plot.

  • Mr Joe B. Carvalho

Just as we have 'keep your brains behind' action/thriller flicks with super stars, this one too falls in that category, but with a difference. At least, you don't leave the theatre fuming!

  • Irada

The bonding between Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi is also enjoyable but the director fails in possessing the skill to weave this individual goodness into a fine film and that's makes it meandering.

While there is no harm in trying ones hand in psychological thrillers, one has to make sure there is enough input to execute the concept with some level of creativity and curiosity for the viewer.

  • The Forest

Sound and 'night effects' are top notch and has you on the edge of the seat. The plot too moves at a leisurely pace with every actor playing their part to the hilt.

There is a degree of eerie feelings during the first half for the diehard bollywood horror buffs but shockingly, the second half is cursed.
