    The visuals, hardly scary, or real, appear for a minute or two max. We continue to be treated to some third-rate plot around an unrequited, horoscope unfriendly romance: "River of love flowing into the sea of separation..." Right.

    Television can't look beyond a few devises to pass of as entertainment, or sometimes news. I suspect filmmakers can't look beyond the addictive television they watch all day to think up a plot either.

    Accept soft-core pornography in Indian films, and you’ll get rid of poor apologies such as these that have to force in plots, since they can’t just make a semi-porn pic instead.

    If you aren’t familiar with what happened in 2013, or were looking for a new perspective on the incident, Shorgul isn’t for you. The movie is a disappointment.
