  • Phoonk 2

...is what you'd describe as Ramgopal Varma-lite. The thrills and scares are few and far between. They could have made this film in their sleep. Who knows, they probably did!

  • Paathshaala

...offers a general glimpse of student life. It also tackles the issue of an ugly duckling of a child who is shunned by all. But all this is random and does not sync the way it should in a film.

  • Prince

...marvelously moronic movie that uses visual effects to fake everything from stunt scenes and explosions, to hi-tech gizmos and even the Mumbai skyline.

  • Pankh

The film picks up the important and delicate issue of gender confusion and sexual identity, but treats the story in such a pretentious and heavy-handed manner that it's sometimes hard to empathize with the protagonist's pain.

  • Tum Milo Toh Sahi

...the film is emotionally dragging and is like an Ekta Kapoor soap. If you miss some portion of the film, you will not lose track, as the story just doesn't move ahead in the second half.

  • Tum Milo Toh Sahi

  • Love Sex Aur Dhokha

You will be shocked, you will be startled, but walking out of the theatre, you know you have just seen what is possibly the most important Hindi film since Satya and Dil Chahta Hai.

  • Right Yaaa Wrong

Cleverly plotted and never revealing all its cards at once, the film is a smart thriller. And yet the director fails to deliver a tight, slick Bollywood entertainer on the lines of those Abbas-Mustan whodunits, because his treatment's so archaic.

  • Right Yaaa Wrong

Director Neerraj Pathak manages to create an edge-of-the-seat drama. You could guess the murderer, but the police takes its time to do that. The lead up to that and the court room drama makes for an interesting watch. However, the end is a tad disappointing.
