  • Meri Pyaari Bindu

...is just about okay. If you wish to escape the summer heat outside or are seeking help in falling asleep, this film is a great option. However, you'll come away loving Parineeti Chopra's performance.

The story starts out to be great fun, but it becomes so repetitive in the middle that even the jokes are a drag and then dragged down by Bollywoodisation of the story...

  • III Smoking Barrels

Three stories from the North East part of India will try and help you understand the unique social and political place they hold in the universe. The third one though outshines the other two and should have been a standalone film. It's about elephant poachers. The first two stories then look trite and unwatchable.

This is a work of fiction masquerading as a biopic. This clearly is Wanted in a period setting, and if you are a Salman Khan fan, I guess you would want to catch it. On second thought, if you really are a Salman Khan fan, you wouldn't care for my opinion, would you?

  • Don 2

Over all, with the trade buzz of the film being low, unattractive promos and songs that failed to get the mass glued, Don 2 might find it hard to get a record making opening or even match up to Ra.One collections!

...could've worked phenomenally well had the art of filmmaking merged well with the story of it. However, with ample stress on beautifying the film than weaving a good plot around it, Jal ends up being an ambitious experiment that goes wrong.

...is a brave attempt, but the treatment is so melodramatic and so shrill, you come away with a heavy aching head, instead of a heavy heart at the tragedy of the peoples from both sides of the border.
