Humshakals
Watch it if you can forgive bad acting and inadequate storytelling for a few very few laughs and a novel premise.

...no entertainment, no message, no perspective, no great story. This one is full of niraashayein.

Lafangey Parindey
...you'll be touched by this immersing, sensitive story that couldn’t have made it as a mainstream release a few years ago.

Help
...a slightly above-average horror film that’s a mix of the regular cliches, and redeemed by the novel twist.

Help
It’s so rare for a film to get it all together: from the story, to the performances, to the atmospherics, to the music and more.

Red Alert
You’ll enjoy the gritty tale if you can forgive the lack of depth and the film shirking from taking a stance.

Milenge Milenge
For the cheeky comedy that often laughs at itself and largely for Imran Khan, this is a likely weekend treat, served sizzling hot.

Milenge Milenge
It’s obvious that when a film looks at complex and serious problems in such a simplistic fashion, it’s only doing those issues an immense disservice.

Enjoy this very different take on the story everyone knows. After all, if not offering a special perspective, what use is an adaptation? Don’t miss it.

Raajneeti
The film is too long, and the second half is inexplicably stretched. In true Bollywood fashion, politics is elevated to an exalted, unattainable status, and the many dialogues, beginning with Raajneeti mein..., get utterly tiresome.

Raajneeti

Bumm Bumm Bole
It’s just like so many of its kind – banking on skin-show, star-power and a couple of tired gags; it’s frightening to say that this is the only endurable option available to the Hindi film viewer currently.

City Of Gold
One can call the film somewhat gripping, but hardly one that explores the mill worker’s tribulations with an honest heart.

It’s over dramatised to the point of ridiculousness. And these manipulative tricks are shameful to say the least.

Compared to the films we’ve been witnessing over the few weeks, this one would qualify as an average watch. A couple of moments of fun, that’s it.

The Japanese Wife
It's a lilting fairytale, and like all fantasies, the unlikeness of the premise is striking. But then Aparna Sen doesn’t call this her love poem for nothing.
