The lead actors do well in their parts, and their pairing will possibly be a draw. But with such weak characterization and soppy romance, even their electric onscreen chemistry is diluted.

  • Citylights

The film doesn’t quite work to its full potential. You might want to sample it for the story, formidable performances and few arresting moments.

  • The Xpose

You can watch the film for the visual chutzpah, a sprinkling of interesting behind-the-scenes moments, and the intermittent unintentional laugh. But honestly, enduring the rest of the film for that, is a stretch.

  • Hawaa Hawaai

This is a black-and-white, predictable film; but still watchable for the incredible child actors, the infallible underdog story, and some warm moments.

  • Kaanchi

...the film is not a total let-down. It has an interesting protagonist, an arresting story (sadly told in a simplistic fashion), and some effective moments. The gripe is this could have been a far, far better film. Too bad, really.

  • Revolver Rani

...a film that entertains, makes you laugh, and gives you food for thought. Truth be told, the film is worthwhile for Kangna Ranaut’s performance alone.

  • Dekh Tamasha Dekh

Neither a biting enough political satire, nor a moving drama— Dekh Tamasha Dekh hangs precariously in-between. You understand the intention, you even connect with a few scenes, but overall the film is dismal.

  • Main Tera Hero

...some filmmakers are insistent on rehashing the same old formula with new actors. Watch it if you don’t mind being served old wine in a glitzy new bottle.

  • Ragini MMS - 2

It may not be the scariest film you’ve seen, but with the combination of a few chilling moments, excellent supporting cast and the comedic relief, it certainly is entertaining!

  • Bewakoofiyaan

The film could have been a modern rom-com dealing with issues of the recession, over-bearing parents, changing love equations etcetera. But what you get are good-looking actors, a few immersing moments, and an amusing sitcom episode at best.

  • Gulaab Gang

If you can forgive its sizeable flaws, the film is watchable largely for Juhi Chawla, and the few scenes where her face-off with Madhuri Dixit has sizzle.
