  • Zid

The performances are forgettable and flaws scream out loud. The climax tries to shock, but leaves you shaken and wondering - whose zid was this anyway?

  • Youngistaan

Afzal's 'Youngistaan' at the core is an interesting idea, far-fetched, but refreshing. The love-story develops tenderly, but the political backdrop and ensuing drama is not crafted with clarity. The story suffers from uninspiring dialogues, with a stretched climax.

  • Yeh Khula Aasmaan

For a movie that's supposed to be inspirational, director (Gitanjali Sinha) gives us blah lines, lackluster story-telling - which is emotional at times, with an exhaustingly slow pace - weakening the script further.

  • Vicky Donor

Director Shoojit Sircar is back with a bold, first-of-its-kind concept that's taboo. He makes this sperm of an idea swim all the way. He intelligently uses comedy to break mindsets, without embarrassing moments or awkward lines. The film entertains, without preaching sexual moralities or social service.

  • The Attacks Of 26/11

What RGV's re-appraisal of that injury does, is remind us that the spirit of the city is indefatigable; inspite of still bleeding hearts.

  • Teri Meri Kahaani

...the script lacks depth and fails to ignite enough passion or chemistry for a love story. It's not devoid of romance, cutesy conversations and sweet-somethings; but there are no highs, lows, conflicts or complications that make you gush, or give you gooseflesh.

  • Table No. 21

The first half is slow-paced, as a thriller it has its flaws, the direction isn't really superlative, but post-interval it spins into another zone and the climax hits home.

  • Super Model

The film reminds you of a popular voyeuristic television show, albeit a downgraded version. With trashy production values, a futile story, cheesy dialogues and catastrophic performances this one trips off the ramp long before the show starts.

  • Special 26

Interestingly, this con-job story is not superbly-stylish or stealthily serious. It doesn't stun you with a social message like Pandey's 'A Wednesday', but it grips, excites and ahh...climaxes too!

  • Sons of Ram

...grips you mainly because of the detailed narration and unraveling of various lesser-known facts and figurines from Ramayana. The animation is good, but we've seen better strokes and more stunning visuals in recently released films.

  • Singham Returns

The plot rumbles with action of seismic proportions, shot grandly in signature Shetty style - high-voltage stunts, death-defying combats, men and machines bursting into flames - served bloody, gritty and unadulterated.
