  • Haunted

This is "India's first stereoscopic 3D film", ideally made for audiences that in business lingo are called 'B' and 'C' centres. Haunted evidently wants to be the Wanted for the same crowd.

  • Hate Story IV

...is all about actors thinking real loud in their heads and then cat-walking in slow motion towards the camera. And when they’re not doing it, they are either spiking drinks or ogling creepily at women.

  • Haraamkhor

Brave and original, Haraamkhor walks the razor’s edge. One tiny mistake, and it could have been pronounced morally twisted. Some may call it immoral even now.

  • Haraamkhor

Despite the jerks, Haraamkhor is a strong debut. Shlok Sharma has an observant eye and the ability to empathise with even the vilest among us. That should hold him in good stead.

...Shankar’s style of filmmaking is a reminder of Anurag Kashyap’s craft. The rawness of their characters, the unapologetic attitude and a sensible handling of social and gender equations is all there.

  • Gunday

There is bromance, romance, revenge, and spicy dialoguebaazi. In short, all the 'sholay' to light up a Bollywood bonfire. What Gunday does not have is soul and enough glue to keep the moviegoer going through the length of the movie.

  • Gully Boy

...is the first great Hindi film of 2019 and a rousing celebration of spunk. The writing is enthralling, the texture fantastic, and this world is a revelation.

  • Great Grand Masti

...is an effort to degrade us. Wake up because director Indra Kumar is insulting the audience. What he has dished out in the name of a sex-comedy is puerile, utter nonsense and disgusting.
