  • Raid

With a tighter editing, slightly less focus on the wannabe love story and a lesser dose of melodrama, Raid could have been a gripping thriller.

  • Raees

The best way to enjoy Raees then is to manage expectations first. This is an uneven film. In places, you will applaud and whistle. But you might also find yourself utterly exhausted.

  • Radhe

It takes some doing to make a film, that leaves one wondering, if it would really have been that bad if the pandemic took you out last week.

  • Race 3

Salman Khan and company never hint that they’re making a cerebral film, or a film that would offer you anything beyond unabashed entertainment in true Bollywood style. There is an army of actors who swirl, twirl and hurl bullets and dialogues at will. The problem is when the thrilling bits end up comic, unintentionally so.

  • Raazi

...is a sensibly written and finely performed film that takes a close look at the ordinary lives of extraordinary people. Not to miss.

  • Raaz 3

At one point, it feels like someone put the script for another Murder sequel in the blender with horror set pieces.

  • Raavan

This is that severely unexpected self-indulgence in a career of close to three decades, which digs out nothing but his own cinematic cliches.

  • Raajneeti

Just to let you in on a mental note I made smilingly stepping out of this film’s interval: “You so know it when you’re watching one of the most powerful Bollywood dramas ever!” I wish I could say that for the rest of the movie. Well. Halfway there then, I guess.

  • Raabta

Poor writing is Raabta’s nemesis provided you don’t want to settle for a ‘being there’ done that’ kind of a story.

  • Ra.One

A year of relentless hustling, hype and expectations inevitably numb achievements, whatever they are, into the obvious. You wish to figure if this was worth this much fuss. Look at the film. The fuss was necessary!

  • Qaidi Band

...brings up a new concept and offers some wonderful songs, but that’s about it. It remains an average story told in an average way.

  • Pyaar Ka Punchnama

The screenplay, an excellent effort at genuine Indian dick-lit writing, still rings true, in several parts. The solid material isn't however contained enough to make for a tight film.

  • Prem Ratan Dhan Payo

...Elephants, camels, palaces, exotic dishes and soft background score can’t make you happy. You need a family in order to be happy. So true, but isn’t it a bit stretched statement to make through a 174-minute film?

  • Prassthanam

An intriguing political drama exploring human nature, complex relationships, emotional turmoil and hunger for power, Prassthanam needed a revamp, at least in the treatment of story and the screenplay. However, some brilliant performances make it watchable.
