  • Shamitabh

Despite flaws, Balki is definitely a brave director who has attempted something new in Shamitabh. The concept is novel and he deserves a pat on the back for it.

  • Shagird

The script may still have seemed quite striking on paper to some. The filmmaker's just never sure when he's diving deep into realism, and when he's completely frikin' stretchin' it.

  • Shab

Onir’s expertise is seen in the way he handles these characters and their stories - his sensible filmmaking is written all over the frames.

  • Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana

The film ticks all Bollywood boxes -- romance, drama, revenge, songs et al. But beyond the song and dance routine, it also shines light on gender inequality, dowry and corruption, holding a mirror up to us as a people.

  • Satellite Shankar

...is a pleasant watch that makes you pause and think if we are doing enough for our soldiers who put their lives at stake at the borders so that we can live safely. Did it sound preachy? Yes, but that aside, you wish it was only confined to the heroic tales of men in uniform.

  • Sameer

It is the well-knit screenplay and crisp editing that maintains the pace and makes Sameer an edge-of-the-seat thriller with a few melodramatic dialogues thrown in.

  • Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3

The complexity of the relationship between Jimmy and Mahie is not a point of concern for the writers. They have assumed that the audience already knows it after the past films. That leaves the two actors grasping for straws. Actually, whatever worked in the previous films is absent here and add-ons are totally out of sync.

  • Saat Uchhakkey

...it has flavour, a seed of a good idea even, something mega-budget films often lack. But like our Dilli Laundas Eleven, it lacks planning and execution.

  • Saand Ki Aankh

...is an absolute family entertainer that needs to be watched with your grandmother. Celebrate womanhood as you take home a message that is inspiring but will take decades to seep into our society.
