  • Saina

Eventually, authenticity isn’t as important as capturing the essence of a person and evoking emotion. Saina, shining with sincerity and hard work, also misses this crucial point.

  • Saaho

I know that a popcorn entertainer like Saaho isn’t driven by logic or coherence. And I would have made my peace with it if the film delivered a good time. My biggest complaint is that it’s a crashing bore.

  • Roohi

...a film that wants to juggle many balls – horror, comedy, feminist messaging, a love triangle, a bromance – but ends up dropping almost all of them.

...never becomes more than the sum of its parts but still I recommend that you make time for it. Just be prepared to be patient.

...is exhausting. You won’t have much energy left when it’s done. But this roller-coaster ride should be experienced.

  • Revolver Rani

If you like uplifting, cheerful cinema, then this isn’t the movie for you. But if, like me, you can enjoy bad people doing bad things, then Revolver Rani will be fun.

...made me laugh sporadically but beyond a point I could almost feel my brain cells shrinking and exhaustion setting in, one joke at a time.

  • Ramayana

...an ambitious step toward better homegrown cinema for children. I just wish it had more crackle.

  • Rakht Charitra 2

Rakta Charitra 1 had an urgency that kept the narrative moving despite the clumsy voice-over and mind-numbing violence. The sequel has some powerful scenes but lacks cohesion.

  • Rajjo

...a delirium of bewildering narrative, inane dialogue, bad acting and general all-around absurdity that becomes, unintentionally, pure comedy.

  • Raid

...aims for a gritty realism but the characters are painted in broad strokes. Eventually the punch is predictable but after a few stumbles, it does land.

  • Ragini MMS - 2

The problem is that the characters are such insipid, low-IQ cretins that you are hoping that the murderous chudail gets them soon. The writing is so sloppy that eventually it becomes unintentionally funny.

  • Raees

The best way to enjoy Raees then is to manage expectations first. This is an uneven film. In places, you will applaud and whistle. But you might also find yourself utterly exhausted.

...deliriously awful. Words cannot convey the experience. You have to check it out yourself.

  • Radhe

...yet another loud, numbing, pointless paean to the cult of Salman Khan. Radhe is so free of coherence and craft that it hurts.
