  • Housefull 3

...you are so deadened by the unfunny situational comedy unfolding in front that you just wait it out, let the movie die its slow painful death.

  • Phamous

The story is so sketchy, everything looks so stretched you wish you had a remote control to fast forward the whole thing.

  • Great Grand Masti

...the comedy remains shallow: the jokes do not go beyond buxom women and male genitalia. It could have been very funny had they aimed at 'Carry On' series, but they do not go beyond bad Whatsapp jokes.

...is a predictable revenge story that completely ignores the trauma and social stigma that is usually attached to rape victims regardless of their social class.

  • Mr. Kabaadi

There's not a single frame that makes you think this film could have been redeemed, or that it is a fitting finale film for Om Puri, who is no more.

  • Redrum

They claim the film is based on an Edgar Allan Poe's story: The Tell Tale Heart, but you know it's based on every cinematic cliche they could think up of and you know you can never get 100 minutes of your life.

  • Bank Chor

...If the one line of premise had not been stretched so long and stayed focussed on comedy, this film could have been a hoot. But unfortunately it isn't.

  • Jab Harry Met Sejal

The plot of Jab Harry Met Sejal is just like the ring, the protagonists are searching for - lost. And not even Shah Rukh Khan can save this pointless jaunt through Europe.

  • Vodka Diaries

The whole film revolves around him, and even though Shutter Island did the same, there can be no comparison of that prison of the mind story with this ghastly, cheap remake that ends up looking like an episode of a TV crime show.

  • Pihu

It becomes an exploitative film when the filmmakers put a child in harm's way, making everyone in the audience hold their breath.

  • M Cream

A pretentious little film that's so cliche ridden, you wish the four friends who have set out for the hills in search of a 'legendary' drug to smoke up, fall off some cliff.

  • Yea Toh Two Much Ho Gayaa

Every character that you see in this film is a ridiculous homage to Manmohan Desai. The director Anwar Khan has allegedly worked with the maestro for 17 years. No one can stop you from copying tropes, but who can teach you aesthetics?

...you know you will run a mile in the opposite direction to small budget film set in gallis in any city North of the Vindhyas about 'quirky' characters trying to make a quick buck.

  • Mantostaan

The bizarre splicing together of four stories makes no sense whatsoever. Just because the filmmakers chose to ride on the shoulder of a literary giant does not make the film worthy.

  • Welcome to New York

When you watch award shows, you know the stars in the audience are cheering and clapping for something else. They use the footage from the IIFA show and include it on terrible green screens and edits to make a terrible copy of Mel Brooks hit film The Producers. This film fails to extract even half a guffaw, and proves that Karan Johar is better off behind the camera and not in the front of it.

...one part of your brain is already dead. And no amount of cute posing for selfies by the lead pair is going to convince you that you made a good decision in buying a ticket to this ridiculous film. If you are not asleep in the theatre, you are facepalming.
