...a fun film with proper dose of ‘gyaan’. It’s a film that shouldn’t be missed and it’s brave because it attempts to create a better world.

  • Action Jackson

The first half of the film is disconnected sequences of action, comedy and romance randomly strung together. And when the plot finally kicks in, it is so fantastically ridiculous that you have to ask — what have we — enthusiastic, loyal, passionate lovers of Hindi cinema — done to deserve this?

...watch Action Jackson if you are a Prabhudheva or Ajay Devgn fan, because otherwise there isn't a single dialogue you haven't heard and this is one of the films where they say 'Do not take your brains to the theatres'.

  • Bhopal: A Prayer For Rain

Sadly, this film does not offer any new insights into the tragedy. It could have been far more touching with a better research. Nonetheless, the performances and a decent screenplay make it worth a watch.

  • Happy Ending

The film does exceedingly well on the craft front as it moves away from conventional techniques but fails to add a new dimension on the content front. But, you can always watch it for clever one liners and sharp jokes.

Watch it only if you are an Akshay fan. He's does not have a screen space of more 20 minutes in this 124-minute-long movie but when he is there, he makes his presence felt.

It's biggest flaw: The film suffers from forced stereotypes. Most of the sequences are predictable, and it's not your mistake if you confuse it for a full-fledged commercial film, only made with very low budget.

  • Happy New Year

...gives you enough reasons to stay inside the hall. But whether all those sequences come together to make a composite whole or reduce the film to yet another mindless potboiler, depends entirely on your perception.

  • Sonali Cable

It is labourious to sit through the 127 minute-long film, and soon you are left wondering if director-writer Acharya bit off far more than what he could chew with this one.

  • Bang Bang!

There can be only two thought processes as far as the director Siddharth Anand is concerned. Either he believes that huge promotional drive will sell his half-baked product or the audience is actually full of people who believe Knight And Day is a good film.

...doesn't rely on too many external props to wean us in its favour. It stays true to the horror genre without buckling under the pressure of perpetuating terror. The frights flow naturally.

...is the equivalent of an elaborate meal that begins with a mouth-watering appetiser but slowly loses flavour, aroma and deliciousness, so that by the time you reach dessert, you are exhausted, disappointed and badly in need of fresh air.
