  • The Lunchbox

Watch this film for the fuzzy, heart-melting feeling that it will give you through the two-odd hour duration. But also watch it for the hidden charm, the stoic way the protagonists face the problem with their own brand of positivity and optimism.

  • The Last Color

...the pacing is a little too deliberate and stilted and the tone borders on preachy. Even so, as a first-time effort, this film deserves all the applause it can get!

  • The Japanese Wife

What could have been a poignant and haunting tale of love, under- standing and marriage between two people from different cultures and countries ends up being just a misconstructed series of verbal exchanges on the soundtrack...

  • The Attacks Of 26/11

This subject needed reflection, discretion, and introspection. Instead, The Attacks of 26/11 wallows in unnecessary melodrama and jingoism proving to be a great disservice to everyone who suffered from it.

  • The Accidental Prime Minister

If at all the idea was to shame and embarrass the Congress party, the writing here lacks the desired punch. The onus of shaping the material lies in the hands of the director, and Vijay Gutte is visibly inept.

  • Thappad

As a filmmaker with a sharp voice, this is Sinha's third film in a row that knocks open a fissure to reveal the rot within (when it comes to gender relations).

  • Thackeray

Produced by Shiv Sena Member of Parliament Sanjay Raut, the film barely goes beyond being the audio-visual version of Sena's official newspaper.

  • Tezz

In a bid to infuse the melodrama bits into Tezz, scant attention has been paid to the plot that keeps going off the track.

  • TE3N

Even though this film is a remake of a Korean film, 'Montage', full marks to Ribhu Dasgupta for giving it a strong local flavour, with familiar and comfortable sights and sounds.

  • Tanhaji

This isn't a perfect film, drags its feet at certain places, but coming from the bland battle of Panipat just a month ago, this clash between the Marathas and the Mughals would any day be a better option!
