  • Munna Michael

...is only for fans of Tiger Shroff. All ye that haven't yet figured out what he is about, stay out of the way. You aren't likely to go home humming and dancing after watching this one.

  • Maatr

Subtleties and nuances are obviously beyond Maatr. It deals solely in broad strokes. No matter how much slack you are willing to cut this film, it will still need some more in order to have its glaring gaps glossed over.

  • Babumoshai Bandookbaaz

...hurtles towards an insipid, unintelligible climax, which includes a bout of Russian roulette between two adversaries. It is, in the end, much ado about nothing because the outcome of the life-and-death contest is as predictable as everything else in the film.

  • Banjo

...is a stodgy, sluggish film that makes a great deal of noise about giving true performers their due. It barely gets its noble point across.

  • Junooniyat

It isn’t that the pursuit of cloying sentimentality does not sometimes yield pleasantly surprising results. But don’t expect any such miracle from Junooniyat.

  • Bhoot – Part One

Only the very, very faint-hearted will find its jump scares worth the din that surrounds them. For the rest, Bhoot: Part One is akin to a ride on a stranded ship. You start at point A and end at point A and, what's worse, with a headache you could have done without.

  • Dharam Sankat Mein

The crisis at the heart of the plot of Dharam Sankat Mein extends well beyond the conflict that the protagonist confronts. It quickly engulfs the film as a whole as it beats about the bush and barely gets its act together.

  • A Flying Jatt

The lowbrow comic-strip spirit of A Flying Jatt extends to the film's rough-hewn production design. Nothing that appears on the screen, neither the houses nor the props, looks real.
