  • Guddu Rangeela

A lighthearted film about a deadly serious subject could have easily gone horribly wrong. Guddu Rangeela doesn't. It is lively, droll and occasionally thought-provoking.

  • Good Newwz

...the complexity and depth inherent in the principal plot point remain beyond the ken of a screenplay that thrives on broad strokes.

  • Gold

...dragged down by a storyline that puts too much store by the anticipated crowd-pulling power of a Bollywood A-lister.

  • Gippi

For all its attempts to look and feel different from the run-of-the-mill, Gippi is pretty obviously not the ultimate film about adolescence.

  • Ghayal Once Again

...looks every inch like a film that has arrived at least 25 years too late even though it does reflect the undeniable fact that corruption is still a way of life in this country.

  • Ghanchakkar

The fundamental concept of Ghanchakkar is intriguing all right, but it simply isn’t sturdy enough to bear the weight of an entire two hour-plus film.

  • Genius

...no amount of flag-waving and chest-thumping can deflect from the fact that Genius is an unspeakably shoddy film.

  • Gangs Of Wasseypur 2

The sequel gets to the point infinitely quicker than Gangs Of Wasseypur did – it is free from the information overload that weighed down the initial 30 minutes of the first part.

  • Gandhi To Hitler

...has the feel of a Z-grade quickie destined to be quickly consigned to the dustbins of movie history. The concept is hare-brained and the execution ham-handed and that’s putting it mildly.

  • Game Over

Taapsee Pannu, as she has been in her recent outings, is never less than convincing. While she may be the primary reason why you must go out a watch this film, it certainly isn't devoid of other intrinsic merits in terms of substance and execution.

  • Gali Guleiyan

...is obviously not a conventional entertainer. Just as well. The film stands out because of the balance it attains in depicting a man sinking steadily into incoherence and yet clinging to his humanity.

  • Gabbar Is Back

Clearly, nobody put the makers of this film through the paces. They might have then known how to make the best of their limited cinematic resources and craft something less mucky.

  • Fugly

The characters are poorly etched, the screenplay is insipid, and the performances, to say the least, are well below par.

  • Force 2

It's the sheer predictability of this narrative form that drags Force 2 down a few notches. Be that as it may, it is an entertainer that passes muster.

  • Fitoor

...succeeds in turning a literary classic into a contemporary cinematic feast for the eyes and the senses.

  • Firangi

Neither the comic potential at the core of the film nor the energy of Kapil Sharma's antics is enough to pull it out of the irremediable mess it degenerates into. Firangi might have been harmless fun if only it had stopped short of running so hopelessly amok.

  • Ferrari Ki Sawaari

This competently crafted and well-intentioned cricket-themed film steers clear of many of commercial Hindi cinema’s narrative conventions - it sure gets full marks on that count - but succumbs to some of its most retreaded cliches.

  • Fanney Khan

...abounds in such leaps of logic. But all of it is in the pursuit of some harmless fun and emotional manipulation. The fun remains low-key; the vigorous pulling at the heartstrings, which gathers momentum in the lead-up to the climax, yields some returns by way of emotional impact.

  • Fan

...works for the most part because it has the fabulous SRK act as a 'young' star-struck boy. His energetic performance is worth the price of the ticket - if not more.

  • Ek Villain

The biggest of the villains in Mohit Suri’s Ek Villain is the screenplay itself. It is as muddled as a serial killer’s twisted mind and just as destructive.
