  • Bhoothnath Returns

...tries to strike a high moral tone in its social messaging, but creatively it doesn’t flinch from being crassly exploitative. It made me cringe so often that I wished this clever concept had been handed over to a directoir with a light touch.

  • Bharat

...is cursed by a mundane script and forceful attempt to get the entire audience in tears. It is a film that seems signposted as a vehicle to attract attention for its committed leading star Salman Khan, but thanks to the team behind it it ends up as a vehicle that never gets out of first gear.

  • Bhangra Paa Le

This sure was a nugget of a pure idea at the centre of this film; it’s plotting that is so straightforward that you would start second guessing the second half and will never get caught up in the predictable story.

  • Bhaiaji Superhittt

For all its gags and antic situations, this neither comic nor gangster rivalry film, turns into a case of cinema stretchery; the premise can’t fill the requisite time without serious strain.

  • Bhaag Johnny

There comes a time in your life when you have to choose between a road less travelled and a road you should definitely not take. With Bhaag Johnny it's the latter.

  • Beyond The Clouds

...is certainly not a masterpiece of Majid Majidi. It is just another regular story of orphan siblings and their problematic lives. Avoid the pace and plot, the film is high on emotions.

  • Besharam

Doubtlessly, this actor loves the camera. And the camera loves him back. Because of that rare interaction, you come out of 'Besharam', feeling elated.

  • Behen Hogi Teri

The trouble is this is neither a satire nor a dark comedy. It doesn’t even have great performances to keep your interest alive throughout. By adding many stereotypes, it hammers its point. The end result is disappointing.

  • Befikre

When a film doesn’t have a plot, even good performances can’t save it from sinking. ‘Befikre’ is like any other love story and seems more like a holiday trip for the film’s team.

  • Batti Gul Meter Chalu

The issue of electricity scam which people need to be aware of, is revealed in the second half of this film and there on, Narayan Singh's movie takes some turns and twists which will leave you hopeful.

  • Barfi!

If I was so delighted by Barfi, why not five stars? Because it’s very good and that’s saying a helluva lot. So go ahead make your matinee.

  • Banjo

With a premise that could have turned into a rock solid story, this could have been a winner all the way. Sadly, the film attempts, to its detriment, to cover more ground than it can, in its 138-minute runtime.

  • Bala

It is sometimes crude, sometimes predictable, but the film has a likable cast and delivers some poignant messages about self-love, acceptance, companionship and of course, bald is beautiful.

  • Bajrangi Bhaijaan

...a sweet story, dusted with sugar, glazed with honey and dipped in saccharin. While the sugar rush can get a little dizzying in the start, it’s a matter of time before you acquire the taste for it.

  • Bajirao Mastani

A melodramatic climax aside, the film is undoubtedly a quality product, Bhansali always ensures that. But what makes it fall just short of excellence is the lack of the journey within. We never get inside the characters...

  • Bahubali

...starts off as a tacky, low-budget, DD-esque film. Even the initial CGI and brushed-out-wire flying stunts are crude and untidy. But, as it moves forward, the story twisting and revealing one character after another, with secrets, mistakes and mystery, it all begins to come together.

  • Badlapur Boys

The kabaddi playing boys are not bad either. Only trouble is that all they mutter “kabaddi, kabaddi” in a decidedly third-rate story where the moral victory is, well, a dud.

  • Badlapur

Sriram Raghavan turns the genre of revenge on its head. It’s as thrilling as it is introspective. There’s no good, bad or ugly. You see how ugly good can get, how bad can have some good too.

...is cleverly scripted and executed with a brilliant cast. It is both engaging and enjoyable. It is also probably a rare Bollywood film that you have to love because it manages to outsmart you!
