  • Baaraat Company

...sails through with it’s eccentric script and perfectly put casting, and if you are a sucker for Bollywood wedding dramas, then who knows? It might just make it to your ‘guilty pleasure’ of Bollywood flicks’ list.

  • Baar Baar Dekho

Nitya Mehra's debut outing as a director with Baar Baar Dekho is certainly a promising one. She treats this story with a lot of sincerity; a subject which in itself is a challenge to sell to the audience.

  • Azhar

Contrary to what many would expect, the film is not a one-sided affair. However, by the end of it, Azhar does come out looking like a hero.

  • Aurangzeb

The film’s story, though predictable, proceeds with impressive self-assuredness and packs in that very rare item, an interesting, thrilling climax after several surprising twists.

  • Andhadhun

Sriram has done a fab job in keeping dark humour intact. There are so many quirky and surprise elements that will make you cover your face too.

  • Amit Sahni Ki List

Director Ajay Bhuyan’s confidence oozes out of the film and it’s hard to believe he’s a first timer. He has a rock-solid control over his characters, the script and the screenplay.

  • Alone

...the film gives a few thrills and chills that a horror film does, with its eerie background score and more often the impression of an ambush lurking in the crannies. There are however slip-ups that defy logic and continuity of script.

...is a great effort by director A R Murgadoss. Watch it for its layered mystery and Sonakshi Sinha’s finest performance by far!

  • Ajji

...is bold in its decisions of what it shows and what it doesn’t. It’s sensitive and yet determined to make us see, imagine, join the dots.   It’s not interested in making us comfortable, help us tide over all that’s unpleasant, violent, vile.

  • Agneepath

...this Agneepath is more than a remake or a homage to the original. It’s about a son righting a wrong and this emotion makes us connect with the film immediately.

  • Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

The scenic invariably overpowers the cynic in Karan Johar’s cinema. He loves the good things in life and dislikes the thought of the makeup being washed by tears of desolation.

  • Action Jackson

This film makes you realise that Prabhudheva (perhaps that extra ‘h’ now stands for horror) entered into a bet (with himself?) to show the world there can be films worse than 'Humshakals'. So yes, sorry Sajid Khan, we stand corrected.
