  • Rangoon

While the actors give it their best shot, Rangoon just isn’t able to tell its story with consistency. The movie tries to pack in too many set pieces and ideas in one narrative.

  • Rangeela Raja

Both producer Pahlaj Nihalani and his director Sikander Bharti seems to be stuck in the ’80s and ’90s. Everything is brushed with a stroke of broad comedy and a sensitive subject like rape rehabilitation is reduced to being a family drama.

  • Rang Rasiya

It’s got the right hues and shades. It’s got the impeccable references. But even so, it needed that little bit of panache, which Ketan Mehta misses out on.

  • Raman Raghav 2.0

...it can only be enjoyed if you can accept misogyny, death and gore as integral parts of reality. Otherwise, this movie can be quite the nerve-wracking experience.

  • Raja Natwarlal

The plot seems plausible and draws you in, whereas Raja Natwarlal’s plotlines are too clever for their own good. You stop believing in the con and the magic evaporates.

  • Raid

...the dramatic scenes between Ajay Devgn and Saurabh Shukla alone are worth the price of the ticket. Watch the film if you like manly heroes quitely going about their jobs and villains who can be gentlemen at times.

  • Ragini MMS - 2

The total package – the songs, Sunny Leone erotica and the in-your-face scares – is good for an average horror flick. But there’s absolutely no sense to story or treatment.

  • Raees

...serves up every thrill and spill you’d expect from a commercial masala movie. While the story and ideas aren’t all new or refreshing, Raees’ big play comes from its nostalgic treatment.

  • Radhe

The film is manna from heaven for all Salman Khan fans. Don’t try to find logic and a coherent screenplay and story here and you won’t be disappointed...

  • Race 3

...the film has something for everyone. An action film combined with family drama is the perfect Eid gift from Bhai to his fans worldwide. At close to 3 hours it does drag in places and tauter editing would really have added to the film.

  • Raazi

...it's one of the most fiercely patriotic films you'll ever see. That a female star holds centre stage makes for a welcome change. Alia Bhatt’s histrionics alone are worth the price of the ticket.

  • Raajneeti

Prakash Jha is a deft juggler. He has so many balls up in the air all at once and he maneuvers them all with enviable skill and dexterity. This is a film designed to impress. And it does so successfully for most parts. Raajneeti is a war cry you can't ignore.

  • Ra.One

...had the storytelling been stronger Ra.One could’ve been a classic. Sadly it's not but it is an enjoyable sci-fi and CGI fiesta that will transport you to a world of kooky fantasy and video game heroes.

...is definitely a step in right direction for Indian cinema. Let’s hope it paves the way for more story-centric films in future.
