    ...grips you mainly because of the detailed narration and unraveling of various lesser-known facts and figurines from Ramayana. The animation is good, but we've seen better strokes and more stunning visuals in recently released films.

It is meant for all those action buffs interested in time travel to the angry young 1970s and 1980s when cinema was larger-than-life and totally unrealistic.

    Frankly, you can't emotionally invest in Simran or root for her as much as you might want to. But when you watch the film, you will find yourself warming up to her occasionally, because she's all you've got. Let's give Kangana her due.
