  • Dream Girl

Raaj Shaandilyaa deserves credit for bringing something new to the table. However, his hesitation to delve deeper into the subject makes it score less on the report card.

  • Shikara

...is a film on the plight of Kashmiri Pandits made with the right amount of sensibility and compassion. While it touches hearts in many parts, it also compels you to question if everything was clearly black and white with no shades of grey.

  • Red Alert

...the movie suffers from the same problem that all Bollywood films on controversial subjects do--how to present both sides, equally well, not offending anyone.

  • Panipat

Ashutosh Gowariker may not be able to do grandeur like Sanjay Leela Bhansali, but he can do war. Yet, a lacklustre cinematography and terrible CGI mars this solid attempt. It would have worked 10 years ago.

  • Super 30

Under the guidance of math wizard Anand Kumar, his Super 30 turned out to be miracles. Under the guidance of Vikas Bahl, Hrithik Roshan's Super 30 is far from one.

  • Stree

  • Mausam

Every scene is beautifully shot, the romance is meant to grow on you with its artful glances and coy exchanges. But instead of a slow burn, it's just plain exhaustion.

  • Golmaal 3

There's no point complaining about the utterly politically incorrect nature of the speech-impaired jokes or the vulgar nature of various actions, so I won't.

  • Raazi

She (Alia Bhatt) is present in almost every scene post her character's introduction and she shines throughout even when the film stutters near the end.

  • Fukrey

...reminds you that Bollywood these days is trying to entertain beyond tested flavours. The effort may have stumbled in execution. At least, like the four fukreys, the makers did try hard.

  • Laal Kaptaan

...Laal Kaptaan's biggest flaw is that it is too heavily dependent on Saif, but doesn't offer the necessary support for him to pull it through. Ultimately, it remains a film that had all the right ingredients but is still under-cooked.
